About ARI

ARI was registered in 1989 in the State of Utah as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit research & educational institution. ARI is based in Farmington, Utah, while developing a research center in St. George, Utah, in conjunction with the Utah Technical University.

ARI is involved in a variety of research programs in North America, Central America, and eastern Arabia (Oman) under the direction of F. Richard Hauck.

Mission:

ARI is committed to enhancing mankind's understanding and appreciation of our history, cultural diversity, and environment through archaeological research, public education programs, and publications.

F. RICHARD HAUCK

Archaeologist F. Richard Hauck has conducted research in Mesoamerica since 1964, the Intermountain West of North America since 1973, and in eastern Arabia (Oman) since 2014. He has published research findings in various formats. His 1975 dissertation documented the ancient Maya trails and trade routes in Mesoamerica.
